Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2018: Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2018 aiming to fill 913 Specialist Officer (SO) vacancies in Scale I, Scale II, Scale III has been advertised by the Bank of Baroda (BOB) on the official website ibpsonline.ibps.in. BOB is inviting applications from candidates to place them in its Legal, Wealth Management Services – Sales, & Wealth Management Services – Operations departments. The submission of the online application process is scheduled to begin today, i.e. from 5th December 2018, and the last date of application submission is 26th December 2018. The application process is completely online, and the application window has been hosted while the application process will be starting soon.

Eligibility Criteria


Academic Qualification:

Legal Officer MMG/S-III: Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and shall possess minimum 5 years of experience as a Law Officer in Legal department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank, Central / State Govt or PSU or practicing at Bar or Judicial Services.

Legal Officer MMG/S-II:  Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and shall possess minimum 3 years of experience as a Law Officer in Legal department Scheduled Commerical Bank, Central / State Govt or PSU or practicing at Bar or Judicial Services.

Wealth Management Services – Sales MMG/S-II:  Applicant must have a  2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma, and must be specialized in Marketing/Sales/Retail from a recognized government institute or Graduation  with One year Diploma/ Certification in Banking / Finance before joining any private Bank/ Public Bank.

The applicant must also possess 4 years of experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc.

Wealth Management Services – Sales JMG/S-I:  Candidate must be a Graduate in any stream, with 2 years of experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc.

Wealth Management Services – Operations MMG/S-II: Candidate holding a 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma, and must be specialized in Marketing / Sales / Retail / Finance, along with a 5 years of experience in working on Wealth Management Solutions.

Wealth Management Services – Operations JMG/S-I:  Candidate holding a 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma, and must be specialized in Marketing / Sales / Retail/Finance, along with 3 years work experience in working on Wealth Management Solutions for processing Wealth Products / Mutual Fund / Insurance Applications etc.

Age Limit

For Legal Officer MMG/S-III: Candidate must fall in the age bracket of 28 to 35 years.

For Legal Officer MMG/S-II: Candidate must fall in the age bracket of  25 to 32 years.

For Wealth Management Services – Sales MMG/S-II: Candidate must fall in the age bracket of  25 to 35 years.

For Wealth Management Services – Sales JMG/S-I: Candidate must fall in the age bracket of  21 to 30 years.

For Wealth Management Services – Operations MMG/S-II: Candidate must fall in the age bracket of  21 to 35 years.

For Wealth Management Services – Operations JMG/S-I: Candidate must fall in the age bracket of  21 to 30 years.

Selection Procedure


Eligible candidates applying for this post, will only be considered based on their essential educational qualifications. Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of an Online Test, followed by Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Psychometric Test.
