Sunny Leone Kickstarts the Shoot of Her Mollywood Debut Film Rangeela, Shares Picture From the Sets

Bollywood actress Sunny Leone's entry to M-Town was one of the much awaited moments for her fans in Kerala and but now the wait seems to have ended. Yes, the actress, who is currently keen on doing meaningful roles that will fodder her acting skills, had recently announced that she is going to make her debut in Malayalam Film industry with a film titled Rangeela and the shoot for the same starts from the first week of February. Helmed by Santhosh Nair, Rangeela will also feature Hareesh Kanaran, Aju Varghese and Ramesh Pisharody in the cast. Sharing a picture from the sets of the film Sunny wrote on Instagram, "First day of shoot at a beautiful hotel and hanging by the pool! So nice #rangeela day 1"

In January, Sunny had tweeted, "Hey everyone.. I'm going to make my Debut in Malayalam Film industry in "Rangeela" Shoot for the same starts from the first week of February. The film is directed by Santosh Nair and produced by Jayalal Menon under the banner - Backwater studios." Sunny had also released a poster of the movie along with her post.

On the professional front, Sunny Leone has the prestigious historical Veeramadevi in her kitty, besides Rangeela. Helmed by by VC Vadivudaiyan, the film is touted to be a comic caper in which Sunny, who plays the title role in it, will act with National Award winning actors Suraj Venjaramoodu and Salim Kumar. Bankrolled by Ponse Steven under his banner Steeves Corner on a budget of Rs 100 crore, Veeramadevi is set for release in multiple languages including Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu.
