Prime Minister Modi is 'Man of developing India': Kavinder Gupta

JAMMU: Former Deputy Chief Minister & Senior BJP Leader, Kavinder Gupta, toured Bahu area, started sewerage work and listened to the grievances of common masses.
Gupta was accompanied by Baldev Billowria, Ankush Gupta, Sharda Kumari, Sunil Sharma, Dalbir Singh, Vivek Patyal, Sunny Sangotra, Ankush Sharma and other local party workers. Gupta started the sewerage work in ward 48 to be constructed at 22.5 crores and inspected the ongoing works under various schemes of Gandhi Nagar legislative constituency.
Kavinder, while addressing the gathering on the occasion, said that BJP is committed to the overall development of the state and this can gauge from the recent Govt. order for creation of Ladakh as a separate and third administrative and Revenue division of Jammu and Kashmir. He thanked Prime Minister Modi and Governor Satya Pal Milk for the same. He said for the equitable development of all the three regions of the state this was the necessity of the hour.
Previous Governments of the state headed by opposition parties played with the sentiments of the public of Ladakh, but it is the vision of Prime Minister Modi that the demand of public has been fulfilled. He quoted Modi as the "Man of Developing India" and said; very soon India shall again be at the top slot in every sector of the world. He said Prime Minister has sent a strong message to all functionaries of Government, that every person/official is accountable for the optimum utilization of all the Government resources. Gupta stressed for the utilization of every penny released by the union Govt. for the projects.
Meanwhile lambasting former Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah for his statement for the creation of two more divisions in the state i.e. Chenab Valley and Pirpanchal, Gupta said both the areas are in Jammu division and further division of Jammu shall be allowed. Moreover, for political benefits, Omar has started giving such statements.
He said BJP has its own area based developmental strategy and to meet that we are for decentralization of powers to Panchayats and ULB's. He said we can develop the areas with the active participation from the local Panchayat and ULB representatives. He continued on saying that opposition parties are issueless for the forthcoming elections and are frustrated that's the reason that they are either siding with the separatists or issuing such type of irresponsible statements. But the public knows the deeds of these parties and they have full faith in BJP and Prime Minister Modi and surely will vote BJP from all the Assembly and parliamentary constituencies.
Local residents thanked Kavinder Gupta for getting the roads of the area up-graded as this was the long pending demand of the residents. The locals apprised Gupta of other problems related to water supply, manning of distribution transformers at various places and problems related to the drainage system.
Gupta listened to the problems and assured the gathering that all the genuine demands shall be taken up shortly. He said a detailed project for the construction of deep drain is already submitted and is pending for the administrative approval.
