The makers of Marjaavaan reveal how Riteish Deshmukh turned into a dwarf villain for the film.
Milap Zaveri's revenge drama Marjaavaan is all set to hit the screens on November 22. The film stars Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet in pivotal roles. It is rightly said that a film is incomplete without a strong opposing antagonist and here, Riteish Deshmukh fills in this space as he turns into a half lengthed villain in the film. The story spans the love story of Raghu and Zoya and their misfortune as the latter gets killed by an unscrupulous Vishnu played by Riteish Deshmukh.
With catchy dialogue promos and posters, the makers of the film have already pushed up the buzz sky high and now the team has released another video getting into the dynamics of Riteish's fierce character Vishnu. As seen in the trailer, Riteish is seen portraying a half lengthed villainous character and even though we have seen only a few glimpses of his character, the actor is giving us goosebumps with his rowdy appearance and perfect portrayal of a lunatic anti-hero bent on thwarting Raghu's happiness. The makers of the film have recently shared a video showing the development of his character and we have our mouths wide open. Check it out:
After having aced a negative role in Ek Villain, Riteish will be showing his negative side on the screen for the second time in Marjaavaan. He not only looks dreadful with long unkempt hair and vermillion on his forehead but also delivers impactful one-liners that add more drama to the film and as shown in the video, we see the actor's hard work put in for his role as he has walked on his knees to make up for his dwarf character.
