Avengers: Endgame may have released a few months back but the after-effects still remain in the fandom. The Russo Brothers (Anthony Russo and Joe Russo) were able to cultivate such a historic moment in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) that Endgame ended up dethroning Avatar (2009) as the most successful film ever, with a lifetime collection on $2.798 billion to boast about. The OG 6 Avengers have since then moved on with their other projects. Case in point, Mark Ruffalo's latest outing being Todd Haynes directorial Dark Waters.
Anthony and Joe recently saw Dark Waters and could not stop praising the Avengers: Endgame star as well as the rest of the cast of the movie. The director-duo took to their Instagram Stories to give their personalised review on the film, which also stars Anne Hathaway, Tim Robbins, Bill Camp and Victor Garber in pivotal roles. Dark Waters is based on the real-life attorney Robert Bilott who takes on the chemical company DuPont when he finds out that they are responsible for releasing harmful pollutants on the drinking water in a small town.
